The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to individual account limits determined by our compliance team. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of RM30 at the time of conversion.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon successful authorisation. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically reflected within 5–15 minutes. Note for Malaysian Players: All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Winnings generated from Bonus funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements applicable to the specific promotion. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and other promotional offers issued by 8qbet are subject to the general terms in this Section and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all Bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) the Bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Sports betting contributions to wagering requirements apply only to bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50. Live casino and slot games contribute at full value unless specified otherwise.
Bonuses are valid for 14 days from the date of credit unless a different validity period is stated in the specific promotional terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain uncleared at expiry will be forfeited automatically without notice.

Any Account found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonus balances and related winnings voided, and the Account may be suspended.
The Referral Bonus (MYR 38 per successful referral) and Birthday Bonus (MYR 188 to MYR 2,688 based on VIP tier) are subject to standard Wagering Requirements. Birthday Bonuses require date of birth verification during KYC and are credited within 24 hours of the player's birthday. Only one Birthday Bonus is payable per calendar year per verified Account.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules published in the relevant betting interface. 8qbet reserves the right to void bets in the event of clear pricing errors, data feed failures, or events where the integrity of the market cannot be confirmed. Voided bets are returned as stake to the User's Account.
In-play markets (live betting) may be suspended at any time due to match events, feed interruptions, or platform requirements. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All wagering obligations must be settled before a closure is processed. Real-money balances net of any outstanding obligations will be returned via your last used withdrawal method following successful KYC completion.
